I know I have previously proclaimed my love for the Moby, but that was prior to me using the K'tan. It's basically the Moby, but without the fuss. There are 9 different positions you can carry your baby in with this, and it can hold up to 35 lbs. Most importantly, it is comfortable & doesn't hurt your back! Also, I realize I never finished writing the post I promised talking about all the different carriers I've tried, so I will finish that and get that up by next week as I get lots of comments & emails about carriers.
I absolutely love our bumpy name labels. These are stretchy bands that can fit bottles, sippy cups, etc. and are dishwasher safe. Your child's name is engraved in the band and they are extremely durable. Super helpful for keeping your kid's stuff labeled without having to use a marker or labels that fade in the dishwasher.
Unfortunately this last month has basically consisted of one big runny nose. And if not that, then crusted boogies. Gross, I know...but it is what it is. I love the boogie wipes because they are made with saline in them so they get the job done smoothly, and keep the rudolph-nose look to a minimum.
Well that'../../2010/08/month-1-2-must-haves.html">months 1&2, month 3, and our month 4 must-haves. :)
Do you have a Moby Wrap? I can mail you ours if you'd like because William is too heavy for it!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a great sling! I love sings and have never heard of that one!
ReplyDeleteOh, how we love Boogie Wipes! Sam and Luke have terrible allergies. Those little packs are such a blessing.
ReplyDeleteWe love the labels, and still use them for cups at preschool. We also loved the car set toy bar. Both of my kids had one and they were the BEST!
ReplyDeleteLove the labels...I have been looking for something like that. I am going straight to the website...Thanks!
ReplyDeleteThose labels look great, I wish I would have known about them for Jillian's daycare bottles a few months ago! We are now using Jeff's hockey tape. Doesn't look very cool, let me tell you!!!! :)

Yes, please share your thoughts on carriers! I officially don't have a single one and just realized this.. I need to know what works! Thanks for the great info, lady!
ReplyDeleteLove all the advice I get from you since Payne is just a a few months younger! I take them all to heart and tell my husband we must have all these things! Thanks for the list!
ReplyDeleteI am so annoyed that I can't comment on your blog from work! I always have things I want to say! :) I will have to look into this carrier. I have a Sleepy Wrap (same as the moby) that I LOVE but never really use anymore because of how much work it takes to get it on. And Ive been wanting one of those toy bars for his carrier. Thanks for all the info!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you like the k'tan wrap. I just got our the bumpy name label in the mail today, love them!
ReplyDeleteI'm right there with you on the hunt for the best baby carrier. I love my baby bjorn, but also want to use a sling type carrier. However the sling I purchased on etsy just doesn't work with my kid, so i've ordered yet another sling. It's a Seven Everyday Sling. It's still in the mail so I guess we will just have to wait and see.
ReplyDeleteThose boogie wipes have definitely gotten me through some colds with the babies. Also love them! Never heard of that wrap but it looks amazing!
ReplyDeleteAww. Looking at this cute baby stuff makes me long for the days when my kiddies were babies.
ReplyDeletetwo of the products we have and love the labels and the toy for the car seat. The boggie wipes we have not used but will definitely have to keep them in mind.
ReplyDeletelove those boogie wipes. hehee
ReplyDeleteOMG I am loving boogie wipes right now also! Maddox got his first cold Labor Day weekend, and they were such a lifesaver! He loves this toy bar also. It has been a lifesaver when I am alone in the car with him and he is fussy. I just press the frog's eyes and the music soothes him. He has this thing right now about eyes, so he just stares at the frog and then starts laughing. It is the funniest thing!
