Project 366: Week 1

So here we go again! Yep, I'm jumping in to Project 366 (it's leap year!) and am a little nervous. I know this year will change greatly after the birth of little sister in May, so I might start doing my posts differently at that point. Who knows...only time will tell! I was so overwhelmed by all the template choices out there, and ended up buying this template and changing it up to fit my needs. I decided to include the daily summaries in the actual image, rather than separate text, so that way when I go to print the book all I have to upload is this image below. Again, that's what I've decided at this moment. But? I am SO indecisive, you might see something totally different next week. Oh the excitement, right? But for now, this is what I have this week. Let the fun begin! :)

I know not everybody reads these posts (understandably so), but if you do, I'd love some feedback on if this is too hard for you to read in this format or if it works okay. I'm particularly asking my email subscribers (read: family members) if this format translates okay to email? Thanks for your help!

  3. I like this way because I don't have to scroll down to read the captions and then match them to the pictures. It saves me valuable seconds ;) I also read you in google reader, and there are no problems with the formatting.

  4. I'm not looking at it in email (but in reader)

But like the previous commenter said, it's quite a bit easier not to scroll up and down to see which captions go with which pictures :)

  8. I like this format better than what you used last year. I like being able to see the description with the pic. I read in google reader & then when I comment I click to the post.

  15. I love the template! I actually wish I had seen it sooner....this is my first year doing this project, and having a place to write notes about each day would be awesome! Plus, I read this from my trust iPhone and I could read it all just fine ;)

I cannot believe he sleeps like that in the car! Too cute!!

  17. Family present and accounted for! Since we all check your blog on our phones, thus rarely leave comments, let me speak on behalf of our entire family (who are TRULY your BIGGEST fans): Yes, we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new format! It is fast and easy (except when we stop the scrolling screen to air squeeze Manner's cheeks!). Proud of you!!
